Ken Duong

Ken is a Jacksonville native who attended the University of North Florida, graduating with a degree in Finance, working as a wealth management advisor for Merrill Lynch in Ponte Vedra for 3 years before transitioning to the fitness industry.

Ken is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and focuses on mobility, stretching and functional training to make everyday life much simpler and more enjoyable. He believes in prehabbing the body, striving to be the best person you can be and getting better everyday, even if it’s just an incremental change.

In Ken’s free time, he loves to travel (26 countries so far!), working out and stuffing his face with food, particularly sweets! 🙂
